Return Conditions

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted under specific conditions. Each piece is unique, and variations in color, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the handcrafting process.

Eligible Returns

Items may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item has not been damaged after receipt
  • The return is requested within 14 days of receipt
  • The item is returned in its original packaging when possible

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • Items that have been damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address below. Include your order information and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and address.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please note that natural variations inherent in handmade items do not constitute defects. These variations are part of the character of handcrafted pieces.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Availability of specific items cannot be guaranteed, as our products are made in small batches.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Returns

If you have not received a refund after the expected processing time, please check your payment account first. If the refund is not there, contact your payment provider or bank, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted.
